Quality Starts with a Clear Order Specification
Know who you are buying from, what has been agreed and which documents you need. Our export team connects the board specification, sample review and shipment requirements before order confirmation.
Who supports your order
SincePlast is the export showcase of Zibo Kaichuang Plastic Co., Ltd., a PVC foam board manufacturer established in Zibo, Shandong, in 2017. The factory covers 20,000 m² and supplies export markets in more than 20 countries. Learn more about our background on the About SincePlast page.
Celina and the export team handle application enquiries, specification discussion, sample arrangements and order communication. Use our contact page to send the details of your purchase and keep the agreed specification together in one written order record.

Four checkpoints for an export purchase
| Stage | What we clarify with you | Reference to retain |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Enquiry | Application, grade, sheet size, thickness, density, finish and quantity. | Itemised enquiry and quotation. |
| 2. Sample review | Sample size, appearance reference, processing trials and approval conditions. | Labelled sample and written approval. |
| 3. Order confirmation | Specification, agreed tolerances, packing, marking, timing and document requirements. | Written order confirmation. |
| 4. Shipment and follow-up | Packing/loading information, agreed shipment documents and any receiving questions. | Order reference and shipment record. |
Specify what quality means for your application
A general description such as “good quality cabinet board” leaves room for different interpretations. State the sheet dimensions, nominal thickness, requested density, visible-face requirements and any agreed tolerances. Include the finish reference and reverse-face requirement for laminated boards.
If a purchase depends on a particular test, report or performance criterion, raise it at the enquiry stage. The proposed grade and available supporting information need to be checked against that requirement. A board’s appearance or a general company document should not be treated as evidence for an unverified product-specific claim.
Samples and approval
Standard 10 × 15 cm samples are normally free, with courier charges paid by the buyer. A4, A3 or special samples for processing trials can be discussed. Tell us what you intend to check so the sample request is useful.
Keep the approved sample reference in the order confirmation. For machining, bonding, edge treatment or hardware, trial the actual process and record any conditions. Use the sample approval checklist to keep these points together.
Certificates and technical document requests
Tell us which document you need, the destination market, the board grade and the requirement it must address. The export team will check the available document and its scope before the order is confirmed.
- Company or quality-system information: identify the entity and the management-system evidence your procurement process requires.
- Product test reports: specify the characteristic, test method or customer requirement so applicability can be reviewed.
- Order documents: confirm the required invoice, packing list and shipment-document details with the quotation.
Check the issuing organisation, document holder, product scope, date and applicable grade when reviewing a certificate or report. A quality-system certificate is different from a product test report. Any special destination requirement should be agreed before order placement.
Packing, timing and mixed orders
Plastic-bag packing is included in the standard supply scope. Pallets and cartons are available at an extra cost. Tell us about unloading arrangements, warehouse handling or special marking before the packing plan is confirmed.
Standard production normally takes 7–15 days; laminated boards commonly need around five additional days. The final timing depends on the confirmed specification, quantity, finish and production schedule. Discuss a fixed shipment deadline early.
Different thicknesses and sizes can be considered for a mixed full-container order. Loading is reviewed against the actual sheet mix, packing, space and cargo weight. Ask for a confirmed plan rather than relying on a general sheet-count estimate.

Receiving questions and repeat orders
If you need help after delivery, contact the export team with the order reference, affected item, quantity and a clear description. Photographs of the labels, packaging and material can help identify the issue. Keep the relevant shipment and receiving records available for review.
For repeat purchases, quote the previous order and approved sample references. Identify any changes to specification, quantity, finish or packing so the next quotation is based on the intended supply.
Common buyer questions
Can I request documents before placing an order?
Yes. Send the required document type, destination market and intended grade. We will check availability and scope with you before order confirmation.
Can several thicknesses be included in one container?
A mixed order can be discussed. Minimum quantities and loading are checked against the actual specification mix, packing and weight.
Is every board suitable for the same cabinet or interior design?
The proposed specification should be reviewed for the actual component, finish and processing route. Use representative samples and application trials before bulk-order approval.
What should I send to get started?
Send the application, sheet size, thickness, requested density or open questions, finish, quantity and destination. The RFQ checklist provides a copyable template.
Put your specification into an order.
Send your application, board size, thickness, surface requirements and quantity. Our export team will help clarify the details before quotation.
